• All rugs are handmade. Minor variations in color, pattern, and size are normal and not defects
• Product colors may vary from screen displays
• Prices are in USD and subject to change
• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and accept or decline orders

2. Orders & Payment

• Payment is required at checkout
• Custom orders require design approval and become final once approved
• Custom orders cannot be canceled once production begins
• Production time for made-to-order rugs: several weeks to months

3. Shipping

• Ready-to-ship items ship within 3-5 business days
• Shipping times are estimates, not guarantees
• International customers pay all customs duties and taxes

4. Returns

• Ready-to-ship rugs: 30-day returns for unused items
• Custom/made-to-order rugs: Final sale unless defective
